2011 Zoo Events

ZooFest 2011 had over 3,300 visitors on May 14th.

We celebrated the Zoo's 34th Anniversary with over 800 visitors on July 2nd.

The third annual ZooBOO! Event was hosted on October 29th with over 5,000 visitors in attendance.

The Navajo Nation Zoo is continually renovating and improving. You will likely see us working on these projects during your visits in 2011. This site will provide updates as these projects progress and are completed.

The projects shown here are just some of the improvements we are completing in 2011. If you are interested in helping to fund a project listed here, or one that you want to see, contact us with your Project Sponsorship ideas. You will be recognized along with the project with a permanent plaque that shows your support.

Zoo Hours: 10 am - 4:30pm, Monday - Saturday, and most major holidays.
