The Navajo Nation Zoo is underway with a major renovation to the GOLDEN EAGLE ENCLOSURE. This enclosure houses fourGolden Eagles, each of is unable to fly because of serious wing injuries.

This year, we have trimmed the large juniper that dominates the enclosure making it easier to view the eagles. The eagles received renovated perches and new perches in other spots. The eagles have already begun to enjoy their new perch locations, and visitors are appreciating better viewing of the eagles.

For more information, visit the Zoo to see the eagles in their newly renovated enclosures.

Zoo Hours: 10am - 4:30pm, Monday - Saturday, and most major holidays.

Admission is Free for everyone!
