2011-12 Events

ZooFest 2012 had over 5,650 visitors on May 5th.

We celebrated the Zoo's 34th Anniversary with over 800 visitors on July 2nd, 2011.

The third annual ZooBOO! Event was hosted on October 29, 2011 with over 5,000 visitors.

Believe it or not, your visitation to the Navajo Nation Zoo really does matter. Even though there is no admission fee, your participation helps us to meet our objectives and fullfill our Mission Statement. If you are interested in unique experiences in Window Rock AZ, visit the Zoo to:

  1. Learn about the Navajo Nation's native plants and animals
  2. Attend our Free events like ZooFest and ZooBoo!
  3. Suggest your school request a guided tour
  4. Relax in a unique sanctuary in Window Rock
